By accessing, browsing, or using the FortunaHeights website, making a booking, or using any of our hotel or casino hotel services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
2. Booking and Reservations
2.1 Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking
- For casino hotel bookings, you must be of legal gambling age in the relevant jurisdiction (minimum 18 years, may be higher in some locations)
- You must provide accurate and complete information during booking
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
2.2 Booking Process
- All bookings are subject to availability
- We require a valid credit card or approved payment method to secure reservations
- Booking confirmation will be sent via email
- Prices are quoted in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
- Additional charges may apply for extra services or amenities
2.3 Payment Terms
- Full payment may be required in advance or upon arrival as specified during booking
- We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods
- A security deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges
- Currency conversion fees may apply for international payments
3. Cancellation and Modifications
3.1 Standard Hotels
- Cancellations made 48+ hours before check-in: Full refund
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before check-in: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in: No refund
- No-shows will be charged for the entire reservation
- Early departures may be subject to additional charges
3.2 Casino Hotels
- Cancellations made 72+ hours before check-in: Full refund
- Cancellations made 24-72 hours before check-in: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in: No refund
- Special event or peak period bookings may have different cancellation policies
- Package deals and promotional rates may be non-refundable
3.3 Modifications
- Modifications are subject to availability and rate differences
- Changes made within cancellation periods may incur fees
- Modification requests should be made through our official channels
4. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities
4.1 General Conduct
- Guests must respect other guests, staff, and property
- Quiet hours must be observed (typically 10 PM to 7 AM)
- Destruction of property will result in charges and possible legal action
- Smoking is only permitted in designated areas
- Illegal activities are strictly prohibited
4.2 Room Use
- Rooms are for registered guests only
- Maximum occupancy limits must be observed
- Commercial activities in rooms are prohibited without prior approval
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM unless late check-out is arranged
4.3 Loss and Damage
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings
- We provide safes in rooms for valuables
- Damage to rooms or property will be charged to the guest
- Lost key cards may incur replacement fees

7.2 Dispute Resolution
- Disputes should first be addressed through our customer service
- Unresolved disputes may be subject to mediation
- Arbitration may be required before litigation
- Venue for legal actions is the jurisdiction of the hotel location
7.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.

- The FortunaHeights name and logo are registered trademarks
- Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms without your consent. You may not transfer your rights without our written consent.
